Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Silk, the website, online and mobile service of Walle Studio, LLC. ("Company,” "we,” or “us”). This page explains the terms by which you may use our online and/or mobile services, web site, and software provided on or in connection with the service (collectively, the “Service"). By accessing or using the Service, or by clicking a button or checking a box marked " Agree” or "Continue” (or something similar), you signify that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (this "Agreement”), whether or not you are a registered user of our Service. Company reserves the right to modify these terms and will provide notice of these changes as described below. This Agreement applies to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service (“Users").

Use of Silk

Silk is a mobile application that utilizes the OpenAI API to enable you to perform customized travel planning. You may use Silk only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to use Silk:
• a. In any way that violates any applicable federal, state, local or international law or regulation.
• b. To transmit, or procure the sending of, any advertising or promotional material, including any "junk mail," "chain letter," "spam," or any other similar solicitation.
• c. To engage in any other conduct that restricts or inhibits anyone's use or enjoyment of Silk, or which, as determined by Company, may harm Silk or users of Silk or expose them to liability.

Subscription Services

The App offers subscription-based services. By subscribing, you agree to pay the specified subscription fee and any applicable taxes. Subscription fees are non-refundable unless otherwise specified.

Company reserves the right to change subscription fees and offerings at any time. You will be notified of any changes in advance.

Your subscription will automatically renew unless you cancel it before the renewal date. You can manage your subscription and cancellation through the App.

Intellectual Property

Silk and its entire contents, features, and functionality (including but not limited to all information, software, text, displays, images, video, and audio, and the design, selection, and arrangement thereof), are owned by Company or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, patent, trade secret, and other intellectual property or proprietary rights laws.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Silk and its contents are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Company makes no representations or warranties of any kind, express or implied, as to the operation of Silk or the information, content, materials, or products included in Silk. You expressly agree that your use of Silk is at your sole risk.

Limitation of Liability

Company shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages, including but not limited to damages for loss of profits, goodwill, use, data, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of Silk.

Feedback

Company welcomes feedback about Silk, and you agree to provide feedback in a truthful, accurate, and respectful manner. Company may use your feedback for any purpose without compensation to you.

Changes to Terms of Use

Company may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time in its sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately when we post them, and apply to all access to and use of Silk thereafter. Your continued use of Silk following the posting of revised Terms of Use means that you accept and agree to the changes.
